Graduation Plan for 8th to 12th grade from the 2009-2010 school year
School counselors—with students and parents—are required to further develop 6th grade graduation plans by the end of 9th grade (but preferably in 8th grade) and then annually review them with the students. To assist with this step, a Graduation Plan for 8th and 9th grade students (in the traditional folder format) was created for this school year. Utilization of this Graduation Plan will fulfill the state law requirements for career and course planning.
Please visit the “Graduation Plan” section for more information on career and course planning requirements for Indiana students.
Additional information , including grade-specific inserts , is available online.
A Spanish version is available within the Spanish OnTrack for grades 6, 7 and 8. It includes pages to serve both 6th grade and 8th and 9th grade.
